JH/SH Assembly Info
Hey Gang – If you are going on JH or SH Assembly, here are a few things you need to know…
Assembly is June 25-29 . Cost is $185/person, can be supplemented by youth bucks. Please sign up with Harrison as soon as possible, or holler at him with any questions!After signing up with Harrison, we'll get you to submit registration form and fee. You'll then recieve a letter in the mail, directly from the Conference. It will have plenty of info particulars, along with medical release form you'll need to sign and return to them.
Then you'll be all set. Below are instructions once your registration all taken care of:
Please meet up at TWC on Monday Afternoon, June 25 at 2:15pm at Wesley Commons building. If you have trouble finding this, please contact me! Your parents will need to register you there (or if you drove – this is where you’ll need to register). I will be there at this time and place too – to make sure all of our folks have been checked in (though I may be off helping some of you take stuff to rooms) and know what’s going on. After that, I will need to head to my dorm to welcome other youth as they arrive.

If you drive – it may be difficult to find parking – but there is a parking lot across the street from Wesley Commons and then also back in the main parking area of campus. If you drive yourself – you MUST leave your car parked and cannot leave the event unless your parents request for you to and have made arrangements.
A few things that I realized were on the packing list and DO NOT want you all to forget:
-You need to bring a $5 bill with you to registration to receive your room key. If you do not lose the key during the week you will receive your $5 back. You can also bring an additional $5 with you if you would like a copy of group picture at the end of the weekend. (Though if I take the picture, then you most certainly may have a digital copy of mine for free.)
- There will be a Youth Service Fund Offering at some point during the week- please plan to bring a few $ to give to this offering.
- You may also want to have a few dollars for vending/snack machines during the week – though all our meals each day are provided by the cafeteria.
- Check out time is at 11:00am on Friday, June 29! Make sure your ride home is aware of this… OR you can stick around and help us clean up and I’ll give you a ride home if you’d like.
